The Matthiesen Automatic Heat Seal Bagger is a fully automatic unit for bagging, sealing, and stacking. After bagging, bag is engaged by the air takeoff system by a gripper unit which pulls the bag through the Heat Sealer. The filled and closed bag is then moved for stacking by the conveyor. The heat seal bagger capacities include a one man job with 7 lb bags at 5 tons per hour, 10 lb bags at 7 tons per hour, 20 lb bags at 10 tons per hour, or 25 lb bags at 9 tons per hour.
